All orders are processed within 1 business day after order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable or unreachable after repeated attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse.
CheezWala reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees for re-dispatch requests.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged parcel, incorrect item, or find any item missing from your order:

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or compensation.
Refused Orders
Customers who refuse confirmed orders without a valid reason may have restrictions placed on future Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases.
